What exactly are you selling?
We sell designs for embroidery machines. To use our products, you will need a machine that will read one of the formats listed in the item description (PES, DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, VP3, VIP, and XXX). We can do some other formats, but email first to ask if your format isn't listed. We can NOT do ART format.
How do I download my files?
You will receive an email as soon as your order is completed with a link to download your files. You can also click on "My Account" and click on "View Details" beside your order number. That will take you to a page that lists each item on the order with a "Click here to download" link right beside the name of the item.
Do you do custom digitizing?
Yes! We do custom digitizing. If you need a design digitized, just send us an email at RivermillEmb@gmail.com with the size and an image of the design you need and we'll get back to you with a quote. Prices for custom digitizing start at $10 and depend on the complexity of the design.
How do the rewards points work?
You earn points for each purchase you make. You can check your balance on the "My Account" page. To use your points, just log in before you start shopping and each item will have an additional button on the screen that says "Redeem for XX points". If you have enough points, just click that button instead of the regular add to cart button and it will put the design in your cart for free.
I can't find my BX files?
The BX files for all of the alphabet sets are in the main folder after you unzip the file. The file names usually start with either Rivermill or RM and have the font name and size in the title. Sometimes the file type will show up as Embroidery Installer File instead of BX.
Did I already buy this design? How do I check?
Just log in before you start shopping and if you've previously purchased a design, there will be a note on the item page right above the images that tells you the date it was purchased with a link to the invoice. The system can only see your orders from the website and not our Etsy shop though. If you've also purchased from Etsy and end up buying a duplicate...just send an email and we can either switch it out for another design or do a store credit.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in an individual listing - all designs on the site can be embroidered on items for personal use or to sell. You may NOT trade, share, or resell the designs themselves.
