Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products - there are no returns/refunds. Please be sure to read the details such as size and formats offered before ordering to make sure the products ordered will work with your machine. If there are any issues with your files, we will be happy to help.
Receipt Of Products (Shipping)
All of our items are instant digital downloads, so there is no shipping involved unless you purchase a USB along with your order. As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your product(s). If you have any issues downloading or don't receive your email, just let us know!
If you purchase a USB with your order, you will still be able to download your files immediately and we will also send out your USB to you by USPS First Class Mail.
Taxes
Our Store shall remit applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (Tennessee). For orders with addresses in other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
